AZA-INT Corp. (“AZA-INT”) was formed by two Italian companies, AZA and INTERCOM,
to supply curtain wall, window wall and exterior envelope to the U.S. market.
The AZA-INT project has prepared both AZA and INTERCOM to independently pursue
new projects in the U.S. market and continue to supply their respective products in
accordance with the established levels of quality, design development, technical capability,
management and production, that U.S. customers have become accustomed to by dealing
with AZA-INT.
AZA-INT will continue to operate for the purposes of completing all current U.S. projects,
providing technical support and maintenance, and honoring warranties and any contractual
obligations for pending and/or completed U.S. projects.
Each of AZA and INTERCOM will be launching their own social media channels and
websites soon.
