AZA INT: INTRODUCTION TO LOGISTIC

05/18/2018 When you produce customized curtain wall, you have to think how to ship in safety all singles components and be sure that you are doing a safe packaging. Behind every single unit, glass, frame, there is a package study, to ensure to clients the delivery of all the shipment intact.

Units are assembled, and accurately ordered in the exact installation sequence, divided for a coherent shipping project. Unitized curtain walls must arrive to the site for the installation in the right sequence to ease the installation. Container’s type and Shipment plan is based on the fabrication sequence and for oversize goods it is possible to ship on high cube or open top containers.

It is important to provide shipment layout and container crating layout prior the arrival of the goods.

Quality Control Program must be consistent during this phase and ensured under QA/QC Program. Unless otherwise instructed fabrication and crating of the products will be proceeding by same product types and dimensions. Finished goods are crated per customer agreed upon weight and sequencing and wooden crates and padding foam are used shipping by container.
